Karen & Leah have a goal as mortgage loan officers, and that is to put the client’s needs first. The majority of their business has come from repeat customers and referrals. There is nothing more satisfying than having a former customer show their trust by referring family and friends. Karen and Leah made the move to Bank of Utah because of the wide variety of mortgage products and competitive rates.
They are natives of Northwestern Colorado. Leah and Karen are sisters whose father was a Real Estate broker. The lingo of real estate and mortgage was a natural for them. Karen has been in the mortgage business since 1984 after spending 8 years as a Real Estate agent. Leah has degrees from the University of Northern Colorado and the University of Utah. She spent many years in Accounting and as a Corporate Financial analyst. In 2002 Karen persuaded Leah to join her in the mortgage industry and they have never looked back.
